Guided by Iris Vos, Personal Trainer and Health & Wellness Coach from Flow Nomads, we will explore how hormones influence strength, endurance, recovery, and motivation throughout life’s different stages. Whether you’re in your reproductive years, navigating perimenopause, or embracing postmenopause, this session will empower you to train smarter, not harder.
You’ll leave with practical tools to align your workouts with your body’s natural rhythms, helping you support your long-term health, vitality, and confidence.
