This Friday November 21, we’ll explore soft stretches, mindful movements, and simple postures that help release tension using the support of a chair. Whether seated or standing, the chair helps you move safely while still enjoying the deep benefits of a traditional yoga practice.

Chair Yoga is a wonderful option for beginners, seniors, anyone recovering from injuries, and anyone who wants to feel more open, balanced, and calm. It’s a practice that fits into a busy lifestyle and gives your body and mind a moment to unwind. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and energised!
Doors open at 12 and no registration needed. The meeting is on first floor in Luckan in Helsinki, in "Hörnet", Yrjönkatu 27. We serve coffee and tea and some snacks. We close the doors at 14.
The Women's Café in English -meetings are organised in a relaxed, informal way around a cup of tea or coffee. Make new friends and get involved in what is happening locally. Welcome!
